thenevercompany.ai Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored and shared, and your rights regarding that information.

It covers Juno Wealth, the web application for financial planners and advisors at app.junowealth.ai (the "App"), and our website at junowealth.ai.

Information About Your Clients

Juno Wealth is used by planners and advisors to work with information about their own clients. When you add that information to the App, you decide what goes in, and we process it on your behalf and only to provide the App to you. We do not contact your clients, and we do not use their information for any purpose of our own.

Information We Collect in the App

• Account information: your name and email address, and the basic profile information Google shares with us when you sign in with your Google account.
• Notebook content: the sessions, contacts, docs, tasks and anything else you add to your Notebooks. This can include personal and financial information about your clients.
• Data from Google services you connect: if you connect Google services such as Gmail, Drive, or Calendar, the data you authorise the App to access. See Google Services below.
• Technical information: like most web services, the infrastructure that runs the App records basic technical details of requests—such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request—which we use to keep the App running and secure.

The App does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. It uses storage in your browser only where the App needs it to work, such as keeping you signed in.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App, including its AI features
• Keep your account and your data secure, and prevent misuse
• Respond to your requests and provide support
• Tell you about changes to the App or to this policy

We do not sell your information or your clients' information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve AI models.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your account information and Notebook content are stored on Google Cloud, including Google's Firebase platform, under our account. Data is encrypted in transit between your browser and the App, and encrypted at rest. Access to it is restricted to the systems that run the App and to authorised members of our team who need it to operate and support the App.

AI Processing

When you use an AI feature, the data needed to fulfil that request is sent through our servers to an AI model provider. Depending on the request, this may include your prompt and relevant Notebook content, such as client documents and figures taken from them.

• Our servers pass the request to the model provider and return the response. They do not store, cache, or log the content of AI requests.
• Model providers are used only under zero-data-retention terms: they process the request and do not keep it afterwards, and they do not use it to train their models.
• Documents you add may be sent to a document-processing provider that extracts their text and structure so the App can work with them.

We make reasonable efforts to send only what a request needs. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete; see our Terms of Service.

Google Services

You can sign in to Juno Wealth with your Google account, and you can choose to connect Google services such as Gmail, Drive, or Calendar. When you do, Juno Wealth accesses only the data you authorise, and uses it only to provide the App's features to you. Content you bring into a Notebook is stored with the rest of your Notebook content as described above, and may be sent for AI processing when a request you make requires it.

We do not transfer your Google data to advertising platforms or data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising, retargeting, or training AI models. Juno Wealth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove Juno Wealth's access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

How We Share Information

We share information only:

• With service providers that run the App for us: Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, storage, and sign-in; AI model providers under zero-data-retention terms; and a document-processing provider. Each receives only what it needs to perform its part of the service.
• When you direct us to, for example by connecting a Google service.
• When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Our Website

Call requests: when you request a call through our website, we collect what you enter in that form: your work email address (required); your name, firm, and practice size if you provide them; any message you include; and when the request was submitted and which form it came from. We use this solely to contact you about the call you asked for and to answer your questions about Juno Wealth. Call requests are submitted over HTTPS to a Google Apps Script endpoint and recorded in Google Sheets, hosted on Google's servers, with a notification sent to our team, and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not share them with third parties, advertising platforms, or data brokers.

Website analytics: three pages of this website—the home page, About, and Request a call—use Plausible, an analytics service that sets no cookies, does not create a persistent identifier for you, and does not build an advertising profile. Every other page is not measured and loads nothing from Plausible at all. That includes the page you are reading, along with Terms and Security: these exist so you can check what we do, and we would rather not count the people who come to check.

What is recorded on those three pages: the page visited, the site that referred you, and your browser, operating system, device type, and country. Alongside that, one named event: on the About page, a click on one of our LinkedIn links.

What is not recorded: nothing you type, no account name or email address, and no profile that follows you between visits or between websites. Your IP address is used to derive the country and a hash that allows visits to be counted without identifying you; the salt behind that hash is rotated daily, and the address itself is not stored. This data is subject to Plausible's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights and Choices

• Access and export: you can ask us for a copy of your account information and Notebook content.
• Correction: you can change your Notebook content in the App, and ask us to correct your account information.
• Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account, which deletes your Notebook content with it.
• Google access: you can disconnect Google services at any time, as described above.
• Call requests and enquiries: you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to delete it, or opt out of further contact.

To make any of these requests, email info@thenevercompany.ai. If a client of yours asks about their information in Juno Wealth, we will work with you to respond, since you decide what is held about them.

Data Retention

We keep your account information and Notebook content for as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete that data, except where we are required by law to keep it. The content of AI requests is not retained after the request is served—not by our servers, and not by the model providers. Details you send us directly, such as a call request, are kept until they are no longer needed for the purpose you sent them, or until you ask us to delete them.

Data Security

We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the data we handle, including encryption in transit and at rest and access restricted to authorised members of our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. To report a security concern, see our Security page.

Children's Privacy

Our website and Juno Wealth are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will notify affected users before the changes take effect.
