Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and thenevercompany.ai Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Juno Wealth at app.junowealth.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Juno Wealth is a web application for financial planners and advisors. At its centre is the Notebook: the sessions, contacts, docs and tasks for your work connect back to it, and AI features help you work with what it holds. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep access to your account secure—including the Google account you sign in with—and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

4. Pricing and Volume Licences

Juno Wealth is currently free to try. If we introduce fees for the Service, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged unless you agree to pay them.

RIAs with more than 20 planners or advisors can obtain volume licences under a separate written agreement with us. Where that agreement and these Terms differ, the agreement governs.

5. Your Data

You own the content you add to the Service, including the information about your clients in your Notebooks ("Your Data"). You give us permission to host, store, process, and transmit Your Data only as needed to provide the Service to you—including sending it to the AI and document-processing providers described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Data, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

6. Your Responsibilities for Client Information

You are responsible for the information you add to the Service. In particular, you agree that you have the rights, consents, and authority needed to add your clients' information to the Service and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy, and that you remain responsible for meeting the legal, regulatory, and professional obligations that apply to your practice, including any recordkeeping and supervisory obligations.

7. AI Features and Professional Advice

The Service uses AI to help you work with your Notebooks. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and you should review it before relying on it. Juno Wealth does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any advice you give your clients is your own professional judgement and your responsibility.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service works with third-party services you choose to connect, such as your Google account. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Add information you do not have the right to use
  • Generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  • Access, or attempt to access, another user's account or data
  • Attempt to circumvent security features, or interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law
  • Resell or provide access to the Service to others without our written agreement

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, or where it is needed to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. Where we can, we will tell you before doing so and give you a reasonable opportunity to obtain a copy of Your Data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and if we make material changes we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
